Cobian Reflector • It does not allow editing mail option

Hello, In windows 10 reflector 2.3.10 it does not allow you to edit email sending data.
A few days ago I had it configured and from one day to the next the configuration disappeared.

Is there any way to fix it, without installing everything from 0?
