Cobian Reflector • Error on upgrading from 2.3.10 to 2.3.11 [solved]

Hi,
I decided to use Reflector after using cobianBackup for long.
Maybe this would be useful for someone.

I've installed the new version 2.3.10 on win2012R2. Few days ago I've seen there was an update available.
I've installed the new 2.3.11 over the running 2.3.10 but I've got some errors.
At the end of the installation process I can read:
Couldn't copy a file to the installation directory: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files\Cobian Reflector\Cobian.CommonX.CobEncryptX.dll' because it is being used by another process.
The installation has been completed but there are errors. Please consult the log tab.

Now I cannot access the GUI in the taskbar and neither can't open it from the installatino path.
If I try to install it again I receive always the same error.
I've searching in the services but couldn't find the service running so I don't know how to get rid of the error and make Reflector running again...

How can I solve the issue?

Now I'm trying to rename each of the files with errors:

• Cobian.CommonX.CobEncryptX.dll
  Cobian.CommonX.CobPipesX.dll
  Cobian.Reflector.Constants.dll
  Cobian.Reflector.Starter.exe

After this I was successfully able to use again the GUI.
