Cobian Reflector • (5) Access is denied in Reflector, not in Gravity

Hi,

Windows Server 2016, Reflector 2.3.11, Gravity version 11.2.0.582

Reflector backup task is imported from Gravity, so common settings should be the same.

I am running av backup of a folder c:\software which contains Windows User home folders.

Reflector and Gravity are installed as a service, with same AD user/password.

Gravity creates a backup with all subfolders, total of 6GB.
Reflector are not able to backup _Users subfolder, which contains AD User home folder, backup a total of 2 GB.

ERR 2023-07-04 10:45:56 An error occurred while listing the content of the directory "C:\software\_Users\JohnM\AppData\Roaming": (5) Access is denied: [\\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy69\software\_Users\JohnM\AppData\Roaming]

Why do these two programs behave different?
