Cobian Reflector • Weird behaviour (schedule/retention issue)

Hello,
Sorry for the weird title but it's a little bit difficult to explain what is happening.
I've recently migrated from Gravity to Reflector.
I've imported the main list in Reflector, everything seemed to go fine.
I do however have 2 problems:
1. retention policy is not working: I should have 4 backups being retained but I'm constantly running out of space due to older backups not being deleted (yes, I've deleted the older backups, there's only current backups there).
I've deleted older backups already manually so I can't provide a screenshot with the old ones not being deleted.

2. schedule is not being respected.
Schedule Below

For this specific example I'm using sftp to connect to the NAS. And I have 2 backups running for the same folder in 2 different jobs:
- 1 daily to NAS 1 (Mon-Thu, retention: 4)
- 1 weekly to NAS 2 (Fr, retention: 4)

Same screenshots for the daily backup in next post due to limitation in number attachments.

I did notice that I'm getting now and then an error: "Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted 192.168.x.x:55976" when uploading."
And for deletion I see this kind of messages in the logs (taken from another job):
" 2023-09-21 05:57:43 Deleting some full backups and associated differential/incremental backups. Reason: maintaining only 4 non-parked full backup sets.
2023-09-21 05:57:43 The backups have been deleted. Actual files may be being deleted on a background thread."
