Cobian Backup 11 (Gravity) • I can't make it stop wanting to do full-backups

I recently upgraded to windows 10. I reinstalled Cobian and now I can't figure out how to stop it from always wanting full backups.

I have TB"S worth of data and can't possibly allow this to continue.
