Cobian Reflector • User interface CRASH after update

I updated Cobian Reflector from 1.4 to 1.5 on my Windows 10 Profesional PC.
After update, when trying to open the User Interface from the Task Bar, it crashes and the icon on the Task Bar dissapears.
- I re-installed version 1.4. This made no difference.
- I then did a complete un-install, including all setup files etc.
- I then did a fresh install of version 1.5.

It *still* crashes when I try to open the User Interface, and the Icon disappears.

UPDATE:
I again completely un-installed. Then I installed version 1.4. It still crashes. Somewhere, something is left behind and not removed, which keeps the program crashing...

I can no longer use Cobian Refector. Please help?
