Hi Luis, first of all congratulations for your applications and thank you for share it.
My question is about sftp incremental backups because I'm still detecting a problem with it and I don' t Know how to resolve it. When doing incremental backup in a nas in the same lan, incremental backups seems to run ok: each time I verify files and folders in the backup all are ok (except some day with and sporadic error for some reason (connnection error, destination disk full, etc))
My problem with sftp backups is that it seems to run the first (complete) backup ok but then the successives backups create new folders with empty files; these tricks me because I see the folder backed up with the correct date but when open the folder hen I realize there is not any file inside.
A time ago reading this forum I thought I discover the main cause of the problem, the file attribute option.
My supposed was, if I do a lan backup first and I clear the file attribute then the next backup (sftp backup) will not backup those files; so I decided to uncheck the "Disable file attribute" in the backup task previous to the sftp backup.
I thought I found the solution but now I'm still detecting the same problem.
Maybe you can clarify me if i'm understanding the way the file attribute option works or if I'm completely wrong and then please I need you to guide me about these
Thank you in advance
