Hello everyone,

Each night, we perform numerous backups on our SFTP server. However, in the past fortnight, we've encountered an error, as indicated in the Cobian logs. Attempts to rectify the issue by adjusting the keep alive settings have been unsuccessful.

The backup process is generally operational, yet there are a few individual files experiencing issues. These files include a variety of formats, from CSV to PDF and others.

Below are the specific errors we're experiencing:

ERR 2024-01-28 00:11:51 An error occurred while uploading the file "C:\*******\USER\****" to "/BACKUP DESTINATION": Cannot access a disposed object.
