Hi Cobian team.
Currently, platforms such as Microsoft and Google are forcing the use of modern authentication as security measures, and soon (Q3 of this year) will completely stop allowing the use of traditional authentication through SMTP.
The only option they propose is that third-party apps, which require access to the email account to send notifications, update their system by linking it to this new access method, thus allowing access to be validated with the email account and accepting the combination of the different methods that these platforms demand (such as two-factor authentication or security codes).
Is there any possibility that this is possible or planned? It would be great. Hopefully it can be considered, so as not to lose the automatic notifications option of the Cobian program.
