Auto Backup is not taking getting error "ERR 2025-01-27 21:30 The engine is not found. Please see the FAQ"
I checked FAQ and followed the process as follows:
1) If the program is installed as a service, then this means that the service has not been started. Often this is caused by a login error. If the service is set up to start under some account, and you entered the wrong password then you will find the description of the error in the EventViewer. Just re-enter the user name and the correct password and restart the service. This can be done from the control panel or from the user interface (Options-General-Service and Application control)
then when i open Service and Application control and click services and used the option like Start Stop Uninstall logon options it shows as follows in Main service
1. when i clicked on lgoon - ERR Couldn't uninstall the main service: The specified service has been marked for deletion
2. when i clicked on start - ERR Couldn't start the main service: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it
3. when i clicked on unintall - ERR Couldn't uninstall the main service: The specified service has been marked for deletion
