"Pause" and "Stop" button are disabled and unable to work with them even when the task is running.

Repro Steps:
1. Perform Windows and Store updates.
2. Download the application from vendor site
3. Install the application
4. Launch the application
5. Click on task from menu bar and create a new task
6. Give task name, add files, give directory and click Ok.
7. Select the task and click on run button to run the task.
8. Try to stop and pause the task when it is running.
9. Observe Stop and pause buttons are disabled and unable to work with them while task is running.
