Cobian Reflector • Prevent backup to local network folder if on VPN

So i have a user with a laptop that sometimes work at home. Backups are large 50GB pst files and destination will be a local network folder.

When he's working at home connected to office via VPN (making the destinantion folder available), how can i prevent Cobian to backup since it's not really in the physical network and so backups will be very slow?
