Cobian Reflector • Beta 9.77 Will Not Install Over Older Beta

Starting the installation...Couldn't copy a file to the installation directory: The process cannot access the file 'E:\Program Files\Cobian Reflector\Cobian.CommonX.CobEncryptX.dll' because it is being used by another process.
The installation has been completed but there are errors. Please consult the log tab.

This release also defaults to the C drive and does not use the drive I want, as per previous Betas.

Please advise.
