Cobian Reflector • The parameter is incorrect

Hi,

I have 4 VHDX files to copy in this order:
it.vhdx - 115Gb
sys.vhdx - 65Gb
data.vhdx - 6Tb
archive.vhdx - 2Tb

getting results:

ERR 2022-02-13 17:12:33 An error occurred while copying "I:\Arhive.vhdx" to "S:\Arhive 2022-02-13 16;37;12.vhdx": The parameter is incorrect

Please what does "The parameter is incorrect" means? Is it because of the size ?
