Cobian Reflector • Cobian Reflector setup error

Hi, I am new to this forum, I tried to search for my particular setup issue but couldn't find any so I create a new topic.

I have an issue installing the Cobian Reflector 0.9.93 RC1.
It just popup an error below.
"Couldn't extract the compressed distribution file: Stream write error"

My OS is Windows 7 Pro SP1 32-bit.
.NET Framework 4.8 is installed.

What could be wrong?
I re-download the setup file again and still the same, any pointers?
