Cobian Reflector • no new List possible

I installed Cobian Reflector in the old installation directory to use my long list of tasks.
When Cobian Reflector opened, all menu points are deactivated.
No tasks were shown - from the old installation - and no new list or new task could be created.
At the bottom there is a message "module not found".
I use Windows 10 Pro newest updated version (21H2) with an Intel processor i7 (2015)
I really appreciate your program - I used it the last ten years - but unfortunately
the new version is unusable for me.

Can you help me?
