Cobian Reflector • "Acces denied" error

Hi,
Since I've installed Cobian Reflector, I have a recurring issue: some files in C:\Users\rclin\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox aren't backed up. I get an error message saying access is denied.
Can you please help?
