Cobian Reflector • Parking / write protecting backups

I am a little unsure about what the flags for write protecting backups do...

So, are the following assumptions correct?
  • * By default, the backups can be manipulated on the destination drive.
    * Write protection can be activated as default, but only for the first full backup
    * Incremental backups in that job cannot per default be write protected
    * I can flag the backups manually on the history-tab to be write protected
    * When there is a flag on a backup, the files cannot be changed or deleted
    * What write protection does, is set the file to the status "write protected" thus it can be checked via Windows file properties dialog
If 5. is true, it does not work for me - I flagged a backup and entered the folder, where I could still delete a file. The files do not have write protection checked in properties.
