Cobian Reflector • Run Backup when removable drive present

I am running Cobian Reflector on a MS Surface laptop with a docking station and external hardrive as the backup target. I wish to ensure that the external drive is present prior to starting a backup, i.e., I do not wish for a scheduled backup to run if the laptop is not in the dock/connected to the backup drive.
