Cobian Reflector • Autostart stopped working

Hi!

I used Cobian Backup Gravity for years to backup important files from computers at my work. Then i switched to the new Cobian Reflector when a notification arrived about that Gravity is no longer developed. Worked everything fine, but a few weeks ago something happened and since then, the program stopped autostart when the Windows starting.
I installed the program as an application, because i want to backup files from computers on the network too. If a do a clean install the program works perfectly until i restart my computer, but after that it broke again. If i try to start tha main application manually it seems nothing happens, then if i start the user interface also manually it starts, but every option in the menus are grayed out, i can't click anything, can't load my saved lists. I checked the windows task manager autostart menu, the cobian reflector application is enabled there with high priority. I have no more idea whats the problem here. Can anyone give me some advice how to fix this?
