Cobian Reflector • The program has blocked all buttons and does not work

As an application, no autostart: The application must be manually started from the icon in the start- menu.

I have been using Cobian Backup for a long time. Now I found the new version Cobian Reflector and wanted to try it. I decided to start in normal mode (app) without services and autostart, because I rarely need to do this. And I'm running the program myself when I need it.
But I can't because all buttons are blocked and don't work.
What am I doing wrong?
