Cobian Reflector • Errors backing up external drive. "Access is denied"

I'm backing up an external hard drive (E:), full backups monthly and daily incremental backups.
With each backup I get the following errors (see below in Red).

I've added the following as Regular Expressions to the filter to exclude these directories.
E:\$RECYCLE.BIN
E:\Recovery
E:\System Volume Information

I still get the errors.
It's not effecting anything because I still get the data backed up. It's just a thing I'm trying to figure out.

Just wondering if there's something else I should do.
