Cobian Reflector • Upgrading to ver 2.3.3 from ver 1.1.2 don't work on Windows 10 Pro.

I get "engine not found" and UI completely disabled (empty) after upgrading to ver 2.3.3. The install report everything OK. Tried to install both as service and application but same problem.
