Cobian Reflector • Error access denied

Hello

I have errors when copying some files because of access denied.
Same for listing the contents of a directory: access denied: [\\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy10\System Volume Information]

How can I do so that there are no more errors?
